Cuckoo's Nest

The cuckoo bird lays its eggs in another bird’s nest, then when the cuckoo baby hatches it pushes out the other eggs, commandeering the nest.

In a similar fashion my family pictures infiltrate somebody else's house, introducing a new narrative at the same time as drastically altering the story that the space tells. Although the story is not completely fabricated, it is completely fabricated in the space.

Pictures from the artist's family home, various print processes, wooden frames
